Welcome to BrandViper AI. This guide walks you through everything you need to do from the moment you first open the app to the point where your dashboard is ready and your content is being generated.

The whole process takes around 10 minutes. You can use the mobile app or the web app at app.brandviper.ai — both work in exactly the same way.

Step 1 — Sign In

Open the BrandViper AI web app at app.brandviper.ai or download the mobile app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).

On the sign-in screen, enter the email address and password from your welcome email, then tap or click Sign In.

ℹNote: BrandViper AI does not have a Sign Up option. You can only access the app using the credentials provided in your welcome email. If you have not received your welcome email, check your spam folder or contact your support team for assistance.
⚠First-time login: If this is your first time signing in, you will be prompted to reset your password and create a new one before continuing. Follow the on-screen instructions to set your new password, then proceed with the setup.

Forgot Your Password?

If you cannot remember your password, tap or click Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. Follow the instructions sent to your email address to reset it. Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.

Step 2 — Create Your Brand Profile

The first time you sign in, BrandViper AI will guide you through a short setup process. The first step is Brand Intelligence — this is where BrandViper AI learns about your business so it can create content that sounds like you.

Enter Your Website URL

Enter your website address in the field provided and tap or click Analyse my website. BrandViper AI will analyse your website and automatically extract your brand voice, key messages, and content style in seconds.

ℹTip: Providing your website URL is the fastest and most accurate way to set up your Brand Profile. If the analysis fails on the first attempt, try again — a second attempt will often succeed.
  1. Type your website address into the field. For example: yourwebsite.com
  2. Tap or click Analyse my website.
  3. Wait a few seconds while BrandViper AI analyses your site.
  4. Once the analysis is complete, you will move to the next step to review the results.

Step 3 — Review Your Brand Information

Once your brand details have been submitted, BrandViper AI shows you the Review your brand screen. This is Step 2 of 3 in the setup process. Check each field carefully and edit anything that needs updating before continuing.

Brand Basics

  • Website — Your website URL as extracted by BrandViper AI.
  • Contact Email — The email address associated with your brand.
  • Store / App Link — A link to your online store or app, if applicable.
  • Logo — Your brand logo. If the correct logo has been uploaded, it will show as Logo uploaded ✓. Tap or click Change logo if you need to update it.

Brand Identity

  • Brand Name — The name of your business as it will appear in your content.
  • Brand Mission and Description — A summary of what your business does and what it stands for.
  • Brand Values — The core values of your brand. Type a value and press Enter to add it. Remove any that do not apply.
⚠Important: Take your time reviewing every section on this screen. The information here is what BrandViper AI uses to create all of your content. The more accurate and complete your brand profile, the better your posts will be.

When You Are Ready to Continue

Once you are satisfied that everything is accurate, tap or click Confirm to save your Brand Profile and move to the next step.

Step 4 — Connect Your Social Media Accounts

The final step of the setup process is connecting your social media accounts. Once connected, BrandViper AI will automatically publish content to your accounts on your behalf.

How to Connect a Platform

  1. Tap or click the platform you want to connect.
  2. A login window will open for that platform. Enter your credentials and approve the permissions requested.
  3. Once connected, the platform will show a Connected status.
  4. Repeat for each additional platform you want to connect.

  • TikTok (Business or Creator account required)

ℹNote: Facebook and Instagram must be connected separately — connecting one does not connect the other.

Not Ready to Connect Yet?

If you do not want to connect your social accounts right now, tap or click Skip for now. You can connect them at any time later from the Social Accounts section in your dashboard or from Settings.

ℹGood to know: Connect your social media accounts based on the features available in your current plan. You can always connect additional accounts later if your plan supports them.

Step 5 — Your Dashboard

Once setup is complete, you will land on your Dashboard. This is your home base inside BrandViper AI. The first time you arrive, you may see a message: Generating your content — BrandViper AI is preparing your first 14 days of posts. This is normal. Your content pipeline will be ready shortly.

Today’s Overview

  • Scheduled — Posts currently queued and waiting to be published.
  • Published — Posts successfully published today.
  • This Week — Total posts scheduled or published this week.
  • Mentions — Times your brand has been mentioned across connected platforms.

Content Pipeline

The Content pipeline section shows your upcoming content for the week. The Auto-publish toggle controls whether posts go live automatically — when turned on, BrandViper AI publishes your posts without any action needed from you.

  • Dashboard — Your overview of activity, scheduled posts, and mentions.
  • Social Accounts — Connect and manage your social media platforms.
  • Analytics — Track your content performance and engagement.
  • Content — View and manage all your scheduled and published posts.
  • Mentions — Monitor comments, mentions, and direct messages.
  • Settings — Manage your account preferences and settings.

From the navigation menu, select Social Accounts to view and manage all your connected platforms.

  • Pause — Temporarily stop BrandViper AI from publishing to that account.
  • Disconnect — Remove the account from BrandViper AI. This will cancel all posts scheduled for that platform.

To connect additional platforms, tap or click any platform shown under Connect More Accounts.

Viewing Your Content

From the navigation menu, select Content to view and manage all your posts.

  • Scheduled — Posts queued to publish automatically.
  • Pending — Posts waiting for review before being scheduled.
  • Drafts — Posts saved but not yet scheduled.
  • Published — Posts already published to your platforms.
ℹGood to know: Your content calendar will stay empty until BrandViper AI has generated your first batch of posts. This happens automatically once you connect a social media account.

Tracking Your Analytics

From the navigation menu, select Analytics to see how your content is performing.

Select a date range at the top — 7d, 30d, or 90d — to update all metrics. Key metrics include Impressions, Reach, Likes, Comments, Shares, Saves, Video Views, and Engagement Rate.

Managing Engagement

From the navigation menu, select Mentions to monitor all audience interactions in one place.

Interactions are organised into tabs: All, Comments, Mentions, DMs, and Spam. When there are no new interactions, you will see All caught up! — new interactions appear here as they arrive.

Using Settings

From the navigation menu, select Settings to manage your brand and account preferences.

Brand settings:

  • Brand Profile — View your brand information used to generate content.
  • Connected Accounts — Manage your social media connections.
  • Reputation — Manage your reputation settings.

Account settings:

  • Account Profile — Update your personal account information.
  • Team Members — Invite and manage team members.
  • Billing and Subscription — View your current plan and manage your subscription.
  • Switch workspace — Switch between workspaces if you have access to more than one.

Common Issues

I cannot sign in

Make sure you are using the exact email address and password from your welcome email. Check that Caps Lock is not on. Tap or click Forgot password? to reset your password.

I was not prompted to reset my password

The password reset prompt appears automatically on your first login. If you did not see it, use the Forgot password? option on the sign-in screen to set a new password manually.

I did not receive a welcome email

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact your support team for assistance.

The website analysis failed

Try submitting your URL again. Make sure it starts with https:// and that your website is publicly accessible. If it fails a second time, submit a support ticket through BrandViper AI before switching to manual entry.

My Brand Profile information does not look right

Submit a support ticket through BrandViper AI and our team will update your Brand Profile for you.

My Instagram or TikTok account will not connect

Both platforms require a Business or Creator account. Switch your account type in that platform’s settings, then return to BrandViper AI and try connecting again.

My content calendar is empty after connecting an account

It may take a few minutes for BrandViper AI to generate your first batch of posts. If your calendar is still empty after 15 minutes, submit a support ticket through BrandViper AI.
